To provide IT professionals a mechanism to recommended other high quality professionals that they have previously worked with so as to increase the capability of their current team.

  1. By referring quality IT professionals you are developing a better working environment for yourself;
  2. If the person you refer signs a contract with Collective Resources or a permanent letter of offer, then the referring party will receive $500;
  3. If you are able to provide a recent resume of the person you are referring, and Collective Resources chooses to pursue that person, you, as the referring party will receive either a $30 gift voucher from Jim Murphy Market Cellars, or two adult tickets to Dendy Cinema;

Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions for the Collective Resources Referral Program.

Collective Resources reserves the right to change this program at any time, and without notice.

By making a referral to Collective Resources, referring parties are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions of referral.

This program is offered conditionally based on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms and conditions herein.

 

  1. ACCEPTANCE/DENIAL OF REFERRAL. Within 2 (business) days of receipt of your referral, Collective Resources will do one of the following:
    1. Notify you, the referring party, that Collective Resources is interested in pursuing the referral, or,
    2. Notify you, the referring party, that Collective Resources is not interested in pursuing the referral, or,
    3. Notify you, the referring party, that Collective Resources has a pre-existing relationship with the prospect and therefore no referral fee shall be paid, or gift voucher issued;
    4. If a recent resume of the person you are referring is included, and Collective Resources is interested in pursuing that person, a gift voucher up to the value of $30 will be snail mailed to the referring party within one week.
  2. REFERRAL PAYMENTS AND POLICIES. Referrals will be valid for six months from date a referral is received by Collective Resources.

If the referred prospect signs a Collective Resources contract within the six month period or signs a permanent Letter of Offer, a referral payment will be sent to you, the referring party.

There will be no payment for contracts signed beyond the six month referral term.

Payments will be made on the condition that there is a three month minimum contract signed.

Payment will be made after one full month of service from the effective start date of a contract.

It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the referral has been engaged by Collective Resources.

  1. Where, in the opinion of Collective Resources, this referral program creates a conflict of interest, a referral fee is not payable.
  2. The amount paid under the above conditions is $500 (ex-GST).
