The most important outcome for both our Clients and Collective Resources is that the best possible candidate is engaged.

Fees will be fair market rates and openly negotiated with our clients. Fees will always be negotiated with the view to gaining further business and developing ongoing relationships.

Collective Resources guarantee is that we will replace any candidate within the first three months of an engagement for any reason other than redundancy. Collective Resources strives to provide value for our clients. If significant value has not been obtained by our clients through our services then we will negotiate extending the guarantee .

All candidates presented by Collective Resources will have been thoroughly reference checked and the resulting reports will form a part of the referral documentation. For non-retained recruitment assignments reference checks will be conducting at point in the recruitment process that is negotiated with our client.

All efforts will be made to ensure that our clients do not receive a candidate that has previously been submitted or has applied for a position through other means.
