Are you a Service Desk Analyst seeking a contract wtihin a government organisation based in Civic? Do you have the ability to provide 1st and 2nd level support? Do you have excellent communication and liaison skills?
Our client is presently seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join them ASAP through initially until June 30th with the possibility of extension. The suitable individual will possess the following skills and experience:
- Service desk and technical support experience;
- Ability to deal with customs either face-to-face, over the phone or via email;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Significant knowledge of the office automation suite, MS office including outlook within a networked environment;
- Knowledge or experience in identifying hardware problems, in desktop, laptop, printers and blackberry devices; and
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
