Our client is a private organisation that consults to federal government agencies located in Canberra. In this instance they require an experience Business Analyst to provide high level business specifications for a database design.

Tasks under this contract will include:

• Outline of a proposed redesign of business processes
• Functional requirements
• Non-functional requirements
• Use Cases;
• Assist with the Request for Tender process to contract a database developer(s) and provide
• Provide advice on the QCPP Business Rules.

To be suitable for consideration you will require:

• Several years BA experience within a complex environment
• An understanding of database technologies
• An understanding of the federal government procurement process
