Our Client, a niche Government organisation, is seeking a Data Analyst for an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of extensions through to June 2012.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Assist with the preparation of data.
• Identify potential sources of data relevant to the project.
• Analysing data to assess the suitability.
• Mapping data to data models.
• Liaise with relevant organisations on the development and adoption of data standards.

To be considered for this Data Analyst Role, you are expected to have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience in designing data schema and establishing databases.
• Experience in the installation of software on desktop PCs and servers, including customising for individual  users.
• Experience in areas such as liaison with user groups and developing plans.
