No resume will be sent to a client or any third party without prior verbal consent of an applicant.

Integrity of Information
The information contained within an application will not be altered in any way other than slight formatting adjustments.

Freedom of Information
All information held by Collective Resources that relates to an individual will be made available to that individual.

Reference checking with current employers or supervisors will not be conducted without the verbal permission of the candidate. All historical referees listed on a candidates resume will be considered ‘safe’ for Collective Resources to contact.

Advice on resume writing, addressing selection criteria and winning interviews is always available to applicants through Collective Resources.

No fees will be charged to successful or unsuccessful applicants.
All fees invoiced to the client will be discussed with the applicant upon request.
